The Serwise Group consultant does not see himself as a theorist or consultant whose work is done on the strategic/conceptual level or with a Power Point presentation to the executive board.As a rule those consultants who developed the concepts will also actively participate in their realisation. It can take the form of project management, project monitoring or configuration and software programming. In addition, Serwise staff can take active part in training and implementation of a new solution.
